Although no formal certification performed on software engineering process, DMS-Consulting has a proven record of successful project management with both traditional “Waterfall” approach as well as modern “Agile” one.

Regardless of the management approach, the development teams work in a very close cooperation with the testers. The QA policy requires a running unit and functional tests according to test plans, automated load and stress tests if applicable.

The Release Engineering policy provides guidance for a successful test cycle. Not a single bit will make it to the customer or to the production environment without fulfilling this requirement.

To achieve and to maintain a high QA standard, a combination of proven planning, source control and documentation techniques are used.
