The technical infrastructure plays an important role in guaranteeing a normal project flow. This includes development workstations, server lab, network hardware, backup and network management systems, communication channels and office appliances.

The server lab consists of few high performance virtualization servers with production, development and testing systems deployed. "Continuous production" policy allow stable work if any of the server get out of order.

Two internet lines from different ISPs with speeds up to 6MBits coupled with fail-over routing provides the office with instant internet access.

Having a reliable internet connection allows us the broad usage of VoIP technologies for inter-office and customer communications.

SIP phones with US or other numbers are used along with Skype and messaging services.
