Direct Client Experience via SMS-Solution for a big Swiss pharma house
Mandated by Alliera, our Swiss Partner, we contributed to the development of the mobile phone customer interaction software. The solution enables the pharma company to run customer surveys via SMS to collect end-customer information. This information will be fed into the business intelligence machinery to win intelligence to be applied for further actions like product design, packaging, and last but not least for marketing purposes.
